How we charge clinics: prices in pesos with taxes, invoices, recurring charges only with your permission, notice before renewal, cancellation with no penalty and refunds.

1 · 1. What this page covers

This page explains how we charge clinics that sign up for Soluciones para Doctores: prices, taxes, invoices, recurring charges, cancellation and refunds. It is part of the terms for clinics (/legal/en/terminos-clinicas). Tsunami Automation Global LLC does the billing.

Payments that a patient makes to a clinic are a different matter (section 10).

2 · 2. Prices and plans

Current prices are at /precios. They are charged in Mexican pesos (MXN). We do not copy the amounts here so they do not go out of date: what you see at /precios and what is confirmed to you in writing before you pay is what counts.

The charging structure of the published packages is this:

PackageHow it is charged
Auditoría (Audit)No cost.
Piloto Fundador (Founder Pilot)A one-time setup fee, plus a monthly fee. It has an initial period of 60 days.
Growth ClinicA one-time setup fee, plus a monthly fee.
Clinic ProCustom: we send you a proposal with the amount before you sign up.

If a package includes a commercial guarantee published at /precios, its conditions are given to you in writing before you sign up.

Legal basis: LFPC, art. 7 Bis

3 · 3. Taxes and invoices

Before you accept a charge, we tell you in writing the total amount to pay, with VAT (IVA) and any other tax or fee included.

You can ask for your tax receipt (CFDI) by writing to billing@tsunamiautomation.com with your RFC, company name, tax regime and tax postal code. We keep our invoicing records for 5 years.

Legal basis: LFPC, art. 7 Bis; Código Fiscal de la Federación, arts. 29, 29-A y 30

4 · 4. Recurring charges

If your plan is charged every month or every year, the charge is recurring. We only make automatic charges if you accept them expressly and with full information. Before charging, we tell you:

  • how often the charge is made (for example, every month);
  • the amount, in pesos and with taxes;
  • the date on which the charge is made.

If you do not accept automatic charging, you can pay each period by bank transfer or with a payment link, on your request.

Legal basis: LFPC, art. 76 Bis fr. VIII (DOF 12-dic-2025)

5 · 5. Automatic renewal

If your contract renews by itself, we tell you by email at least 5 calendar days before the renewal. You can cancel before then with no penalty.

We do not move you to a higher-priced plan without your consent.

Legal basis: LFPC, art. 76 Bis fr. VIII (DOF 12-dic-2025)

6 · 6. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. You can do it from your account settings (the Account section) or by writing to billing@tsunamiautomation.com.

The cancellation is recorded as soon as we receive it and we make no new charges. The service continues until the end of the period you already paid for. When it ends, what the terms say about exporting and deleting your data applies.

Legal basis: LFPC, art. 76 Bis fr. IX (DOF 12-dic-2025)

7 · 7. Refunds

  • Charges made by mistake or twice: we return them within 10 business days after we confirm them.
  • Elapsed period: we do not return the part of the period that has already passed, even if you did not use the service.
  • One-time setup fee: it is not returned once we start the setup, unless it was a billing error or we cannot provide the service for a reason on our side.
  • Commercial guarantees: if a package publishes a guarantee, its written conditions apply.

The refund goes to the same payment method, when possible.

8 · 8. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we tell the billing contact by email. You can pay again or fix your payment method. If it is not settled, we tell you in writing and give you at least 5 calendar days before we suspend access for the clinic’s staff. We may suspend sooner only for fraud or a security risk. Meanwhile, your data is kept and you can export it.

9 · 9. Payment processors

We may charge by bank transfer, by payment link or by card through Stripe or Mercado Pago, when that option is active for your account. Online payments are only active for clinics that enable them.

We do not receive or store your full card number. The processors give us the payer’s email, the amount, a reference and the organisation.

10 · 10. Patient payments to clinics

If a clinic charges its patients (for example, a deposit to hold an appointment) with the platform’s tools, that payment is between the patient and the clinic. The clinic sets the price and the cancellation and refund rules, and issues the receipt or invoice.

Tsunami Automation Global LLC is not a party to that sale. For questions about that charge, the patient should talk to their clinic.

11 · 11. Price changes

If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days ahead. The new price applies to the next period, never to one already paid. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect, with no penalty. If your plan has a fixed term, the price does not change during that term.

Legal basis: LFPC, art. 90 fr. I

12 · 12. Annual plans

If we offer an annual plan, the same rules on this page apply: amount, date and frequency stated before charging, express consent for automatic charging, notice of at least 5 calendar days before renewal and cancellation with no penalty. The refund policy for the annual plan is given to you in writing before you pay.

An annual plan may have an automatic renewal. A lawyer must review its wording before it is offered.

Legal basis: LFPC, art. 76 Bis fr. VIII y IX

13 · 13. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, your rights cannot be waived and nothing on this page reduces them. For example, in a distance purchase as a consumer there may be a right to revoke the purchase within 5 business days.

The LFPC defines a consumer as someone who buys as the final recipient. A lawyer must decide how it applies to clinics and professionals who use the service in their activity (art. 2), and whether the revocation in art. 56 applies to an online sign-up.

Legal basis: LFPC, art. 2 fr. I; LFPC, art. 56
